夢夢於2 /28/2014年 順利拿到AUSTRALIAN SUPER退休金。申請時跌跌撞撞了將近有五個月的時間…現在來教教大家申請退回的好方式。
…從2013.7月回台後 開始著手準備退休金事宜。但由於夢夢有延簽，也就是申請電子觀光簽，就是留在澳洲多三個月的時間，因此申請上就多了一道手續。
由於觀光簽雖一次僅能留在澳洲3個月(但是它的效期還是一年有效的簽證喔，見如下)，也就是說，如果背包需要再待澳洲 可持申請好的觀光簽出境澳洲與入境澳洲(不需再申請簽證，可多次進出澳洲)。
以下為觀光簽證的規定：
Electronic Travel Authority (Visitor) (subclass 976)
• 赴澳的目的為觀光、訪友、探親或進行不超過三個月的短期課程
• 簽證效期一般為一年效期、多次進出
• 每次停留時間最長為三個月
• 簽證持有人不可在澳洲工作/不可在澳洲有超過三個月以上的學習
• 簽證效期一般為一年效期、多次進出

申請人如回國退完稅後，想領回退休金，那就要早早通知相關單位取消你的臨時居民的身份(temporary resident)，否則你還是為期申請日有效一年的temporary resident....(臨時居民)

我如何得知？
回國後夢夢積極的申請退休金。爬了文，找到了1194 FORM，為了取消臨時居民身份。
填寫完信件送出後，一等就是三個月。
1194 FORM 長什麼樣子？
請上 www.immi.gov.au/allforms/pdf/1194.pdf
(1194 Form 就是Certification of Immigration Status and/or request to cancel a Temporary Resident visa
取消臨時居民簽證的文件。)
我的建議是：可以直接寫信以下的單位並同時申請上面的 1194 FORM。
三個月後得到一封來自 SUPER HOBART的回信。
意思是：您的TZ-417的打工簽證已經終止，但您的觀光簽證的效期還在。申請退休金退回前必需取消觀光簽證。如您想取回退休金請回信。
"The visa TZ-417 visa that you held has ceased but you do currently hold Tourist Visa UD-976 that is valid until 20/3/2014, this visa has to be cancelled before being eligible to apply for super refunds." Please reply to this email if you want that visa cancelled."
所以我趕緊回信問，到底要怎麼申請？
信中指出要寫相關的證明至Super.Hobart@immi.gov.au 確定取消觀光簽。(可以直接提出申請給這個單位)
內容是：1、全名及出生日。2、護照號碼 以及入境澳洲時間 3、你所申請的簽證類別 4、目前的居住地址 5、出境澳洲的時間。(底下有附上夢夢申請信範本)
以下為信的全文：
"To cancel your visa to claim your superannuation you must lodge a request in writing by email to the DIBP's Superannuation Certification and Cancellation Unit.
You can do this by sending a written request by email to Super.Hobart@immi.gov.au with the following information:
· a clear statement that you wish to have your visa cancelled
· full name and date of birth
· passport number when you visited Australia
· subclass of the visa you wish to have cancelled
· current residential address
· the date that you departed Australia.
You must also provide details of all people who hold a visa because they are a member of your family unit, or hold a visa only because you hold your visa. (This includes, but is not limited to, people who were included in your visa application). 如果是全家人一同申請的簽證，那就把家人的簽證寫進去證明文件內。
If you do not have an email address a letter will be sent to your current overseas residential address as provided in your request as soon as your visa cancellation request is finalised. 網路上許多人照著部落客教的向 ATO (澳洲稅務局 )填寫DASP (離澳退休金申請)
DASP申請書是請ATO 會向你擁有的退休金公司"通知"您要取回退休金。
夢夢的姐姐線上填表申請雖然成功，但還是得自行向所屬的退休金公司 下載退休金取回申請書的！
ATO 線上申請格式/表格列印親送申請…(ATO的管通，可以考慮為最後的申請方式。)
由於夢夢在線上申請失敗, 得書面申請。且書面申請內容有以下的問題：
1、目前澳洲離境 已無蓋離境章。除非你還記得索取，同時向澳洲海關人員索取成功
2、位於台北辦室處 大樓 "公證"。公證的費用，以"每一份"資料公證加蓋一個章得付出澳幣換算台幣的認證費用，非常的貴啊！
規費如下：

跑到台北辦事處位於信義區的大樓，還在思考要不要付這筆高額的規費！當初上去戒備森嚴的大樓上面，聽了窗口的小姐說明了一下費用加一加會是二千多台幣，所以…後來夢夢坐在辦事處發訊息問了朋友，上網查是否有這必要…最後放棄這個選擇 離開辦事處！
如果您跟夢夢一樣！！
回國並沒有加蓋離境章，還申請了台灣自動通關呢！回國入境章也沒蓋？！怎麼辦？！
請下載自家退休金"XXSUPER離澳退休金申請書" (不是上面那個ATO的DASP表格喔)。
以Australian Super為例，退休金低於5000元的申請方式。
1、申請表格，資料填一填，並且申請資料書上，記得文件簽名 要跟護照內的簽名一致。 護照上的是英文簽名 申請書就是簽 英文名
如果你申請收到了這一封信：Original Application for Departing Australia Superannuation Payment (which is downloadable from our website www.australiansuper.com) containing your original ink signature. Signature on application does not match your passport.護照上的是中文名 申請書就是簽 中文名字喔 不然就得乖乖的重寄資料了
2、附上機票證明，機票登機証BORDING PASS不見了？那就印下所有航程之電子機票！越詳細越好囉！印出你已回國的時間與護照互相做佐證資料。(每一頁我都會再加我的親筆簽名與護照簽名一致)
資料旁附上以下的文字說明：

As leaving Australia now, there's no longer be stamped with departure date. I copied my flight itinary and bording pass for your reference.(意思為：由於現在離澳已不在加蓋出境章，我附上當日的飛機行程表，及登機證給您做參考。)

3、護照頁上所有蓋章的影本，(每一頁我都會再加上我的親筆簽名，與護照簽名一致)
4、連同那一封取消臨時居留權的回信附在內
填上然後印下Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) (再加我的親筆簽名，與護照簽名一致)
由於反應熱列，所以夢夢特別找回當初的所有的寄件資料。需要的人不防照著做試試看。
大約一周 退休金公司收到書面通知後，退休金就悄悄的發下來了。(呆呆的夢夢還發詢問信 何時可領到呢…)
